player in the Financial Services market in the USA, the
client is the leading provider of business-to-business credit,
marketing, purchasing, and decision-support services worldwide.
Customers rely upon them to provide the insight they need
to build profitable, quality business relationships with
their customers, suppliers, and business partners - the
companies they interact with every day.
The Challenge: The project
involved enhancement of product features, proficient performance
testing and configuration task for new implementations.
The Solution: Impetus
research and development team works as an extension to client
team in the USA, working together for development, configuration
and quality assurance. Impetus has helped the client in
defining the Quality Assurance and Configuration processes,
prepared a configuration guide, and is also helping in managing
multiple implementations. It helps develop new components
on the core platform, and also provides enhancement and
support to existing components in the suite. The team also
helped in profiling the components for their performance
and optimization.
The professional services provided by Impetus, supports
the client team in the implementation of the product. The
team is responsible for customization and configuration
of the solution in accordance with the client requirements.
The quality assurance team is responsible for ensuring the
quality of both the R&D and professional service releases.
They are also responsible for load testing and functional
test automation.
Since the beginning of this project more than two years
ago, Impetus has been actively involved in architecting
and designing the system and its complete implementation,
QA and Technical writing. Currently, Impetus is working
