solutions for the health and benefits Insurance Industry.
They have a core product for various entities involved in
the insurance industry.
The Challenge: The client
wanted a team who can assist them in customization of the
product. Since they had a complex product, the client wanted
an outsourcing partner who could understand their technology,
flexible design and get familiar with their component based
approach.
The Solution: Impetus
put together a team of 6 engineers who studied the architecture
and technology used in the product. Impetus team started
with the customization of the product. Later on, as team
expertise grew, they helped in performance improvement of
the client's J2EE web application and multi stress testing.
The Benefits: Impetus
delivered customized solutions to meet individual customer's
needs. Some of the key deliverables are: Improved performance
of J2EE Web application, multi-user stress testing, and
automation of some of their manual processes. Offshore ramp-up
and training for new additions to grasp technical concepts,
helped in getting the work completed at a faster pace.
