
Open Door Policy
We have a platform called
Xpress it!, in which employees can raise their voice online. Further, Impetus’ senior management hosts a quarterly all hands communication meeting called ‘iMeet.’ During the iMeet, employees receive quarterly updates on the business and can also interact with senior management on any issues of concern. Impetus regularly collects feedback from employees using the medium of face-to-face meetings, platforms such as
iConnect, as well as Employee Satisfaction Surveys, to understand how the organization can be improved.

We have recently introduced an initiative called ‘Open-Up’ to encourage exploration, ideation and experience sharing among employees. All Managers of Software Engineering and Directors of Engineering are funded to host ‘Know Your Team (KYT)’ events. These generally take the form of outside luncheons, team building events, field trips, etc.
