Impetus Technologies (www.impetus.com), a leading provider of outsourced product engineering services, announced its new relationship with KnoNow Inc. As part of this deal, Impetus will design, develop and maintain many of the next-generation of components that KnowNow will be launching in the market.

KnowNow Inc. (www.knownow.com) provides Internet-based publish-subscribe solutions. It offers product lines for web-based, real-time collaboration, across heterogeneous platforms and applications.

KnowNow’s client components (called connectors) are developed on various platforms, languages, and devices including C++/.Net/Java/JavaScript/PDA's/MS-Excel etc. Impetus will be working on the design and development of the next generation of such connectors for the KnowNow product lines, using technologies such as Java, C++, .Net and JavaScript. In addition, the Impetus team will also provide testing and quality assurance services for the KnowNow product line. Impetus will be offering these services out of its Indore Development Center.
