The company will host the very exciting and renowned technology unconference, BarCamp in Delhi once again, at its Noida campus on Saturday, December 8, 2007. This is the first BarCamp of the year to be hosted in Delhi & NCR.

A BarCamp is an ad-hoc gathering born from the desire for people to share and learn in an open environment. It is an intense event with discussions, demos, and interaction from participants. Participants at BarCamp discuss, rant, brain-storm, share opinions about various technologies and trends such as Web technologies, Mobile Internet, Hacking, Blogging, VLogs etc. This BarCamp will be the Third BarCamp held in Delhi & NCR and the second BarCamp to be hosted by Impetus.

In the Bar Camp Delhi 3, the main topics on discussion will be Mobile Advertising, Amazon Cloud Computing, New Media, Ruby Insights, Social Networking etc. Close to two hundred technology enthusiasts have already confirmed their participation at the BarCamp so far.

The BarCamp is an International forum and these 'un-conference' have been held world-wide in various geographical locations. The first ever BarCamp was held at Palo Alto from 19th to 21st August, 2005. After that there have been BarCamps organized world over in cities like Amsterdam, Seattle, New York, Toronto, Brussels etc.

Always keeping its focus on fostering new and upcoming technology discussions, Impetus hosted the BarCamp Delhi in December, 2006 for the first time.
