'the un-conference' at its Noida campus on Saturday December 9, 2006.
A BarCamp is an ad-hoc gathering born from the desire for people to share and learn in an open environment. It is an intense event with discussions, demos, and interaction from participants.
This is the second BarCamp to be hosted in the NCR. The first BarCamp held in Delhi was held at the Adobe office in March '06. Participants at BarCamp 2 can expect to discuss the latest Web technologies and trends, Mobile Internet, Hacking, Blogging, VLogs etc. Over one hundred technology enthusiasts have confirmed their participation at the BarCamp Delhi 2 so far.

The BarCamp is an International forum and these 'un-conference' have been held world-wide in various geographical locations. The first ever BarCamp was held at Palo Alto from 19th to 21st August, 2005. After that there have been BarCamps organized world over in cities like Amsterdam, Seattle, New York, Toronto, Brussels etc.
