Facilities at Impetus 

Daycare
Working mothers at Impetus no longer worry about leaving their babies behind at home with unreliable help, or about their well being while at work. We have a day-care facility that is sure to drive baby blues away, while enabling mothers to efficiently balance work and motherhood.

Chill-out Zone
Here people relax and unwind over a cup of coffee. The serenity of the place itself serves as refreshment for employees. It is a place where people can regroup as a team, and discuss the tasks ahead.

Learning
At Impetus the learning cycle of an employee is given great attention. In order to promote continuous learning, the Human Resource department conducts tailor made sessions, tech talks, seminars, trainings, and technology camps, based on the grade and skill sets of the employees targeted. HR makes individual assessments, and nurtures employees accordingly. At the same time, these initiatives also help to create a pipeline of thought leadership within Impetus.

Indoor games room
Impetus truly believes that ‘All work and no play make Jack and Jill dull boys and girls.’ Hence, we have provided employees with an indoor games room, where they can take a break from their rigorous work regime.

Gym area
Impetus knows the value of having a physically fit workforce, which is why we have set up a gym within the office premises to promote health and fitness among employees. Not only this, we also have regular daily guided yoga sessions conducted on the office premises.

Library
The book worms and knowledge seekers have been provided with a library which is accessible to them at all times and offers them ample reading material. Employees can study here, or refer to any book of their choice. Employees are also encouraged to suggest ways by which the library can be updated and upgraded.
