We have an Open Door Policy and any employee is free to reach out to any one of the management team members to discuss issues or suggest ideas. Employees get to see a surprise visit by one of the key executives of the company or are called upon to participate in Functional meets. Here they can freely speak about the challenges they might be facing and seek advice on how you can better align themselves with the business objectives of Impetus.
