Work-Life balance
At Impetus, it is not just about work. We encourage our employees to take up hobbies during their time out of the office. From cooking, to dancing, to playing musical instruments, to painting, to winning in car rallies–Impetus employees have distinguished themselves in several fields, well beyond the workspace.

Impetus publishes a quarterly newsletter called Zing, which features creative content, in the form of articles by various employees. Employees use Zing to share insights on various issues, exchange ideas, and even showcase their creative side through art, etc.
At Impetus, employees also contribute by teaching the underprivileged and participating in social development programs under a platform called iCare. Many Impros are involved in ongoing projects with non-profit organizations, helping address fundamental human challenges with technology. Not only this, Impetus employees regularly donate blood. Under an internal initiative called Ansh, employees requiring blood for themselves or their relatives, simply send out a mobile SMS to all the members of the Impetus family with the same blood group. In this way, in an emergency, Impros donate blood and provide it instantly to people requiring it. We are proud to share that Ansh has saved many lives.
In order to cater to the musically minded within Impetus, Spice, an entity established by a group of Impros, hosts a special function every quarter called ‘ An evening with Spice.’ The event features scintillating performances by Impetus’ in-house bands, Madhyam in Noida and Vidyut in Indore. Not only does this platform bring to the fore the musical talent within Impetus, it also rejuvenates all the employees.
