Responsible for day-to-day HR operations and data exchange with third-party vendors
Use and manage standardized HR reports and dashboards which includes, but is not limited to, weekly and monthly submission reports, and any/all other data reports to support general recruitment operations.
Work closely with Manager/Director of HEG and the Recruitments team on reviewing data and rolling out weekly, monthly and quarterly recruitment programs.
Maintain data integrity in all HR systems by developing processes to audit, analyze, resolve issues
Assist in compliance reporting
Analyze and compare data from different sources to draw conclusions and/or recommend
Ensuring timely closure of all background verification and daily checkpoint on the BGV for all on-boarding
Ensuring error-free sign up of contracts and managing vendors in explaining the terms and conditions and successfully closing third party contracts
