Nachiket Deshpande is a visionary technology leader with over 30 years of experience driving growth, transformation, and innovation across global enterprises. With over three decades of experience across leading technology organizations, Nachiket brings an extensive understanding of how innovation and execution come together to fuel enterprise success.
Nachiket joins Impetus from LTI Mindtree, where he held leadership positions including COO and recently as President of its AI business division. He was instrumental in leading the merger integrations effort for the merger between LTI and Mindtree, the largest integration in the industry to date.
Preceding this tenure, he held several prominent leadership roles at Cognizant, building the company’s Banking and Financial Services business and developing its global capabilities across data, cloud and AI. Recognized for his engineering excellence and client-first approach, Nachiket has deep expertise in scaling businesses, driving innovation, and creating long-term value through strategic growth and capability expansion for competitive advantage.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the College of Engineering, Pune. Based in New York City, Nachiket enjoys cooking and cricket and is a proud father of two daughters.
Shikha Kandoi is the Chief Financial Officer at Impetus, responsible for strengthening the company’s financial foundations to support sustained growth, deep client partnerships, and global expansion.
She brings a strong track record of partnering with business leaders to drive profitable growth and sharper decision-making with her experience spanning business finance, FP&A, controllership, and large-scale finance transformation.
Prior to joining Impetus, she spent close to two decades at Wipro, where she held senior finance leadership roles across multiple business units at Wipro, including Wipro BPO, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, and Retail sectors, and has also led Global FP&A (Revenue & Change). Her experience includes pricing, structuring, and negotiating multiple $100M+ global deals.
A Chartered Accountant by training, Shikha is known for her strong partnership with business leaders, disciplined financial stewardship, and a client-centric, growth-oriented mindset. Based in Gurugram, Shikha enjoys music and spending time with her family outside of work.
Vikash Gaur is the Chief Operating Officer at Impetus, responsible for strengthening the company’s delivery and operational excellence, while enabling sustainable growth at scale. Vikash brings over 28 years of global leadership experience spanning delivery, operations, and business transformation.
He has led large-scale portfolios with P&L ownership and has a strong track record of building high-performing teams, delivering operational excellence, and deepening customer relationships. Prior to joining Impetus, Vikash was with Catalincs Partners, a growth advisory firm where he has leveraged his vast experience to become a 360° transformation partner helping technology startups scale, optimize their operations and thereby increase enterprise value.
Previously, Vikash served as Chief Delivery Officer at LTIMindtree, where he managed billion-dollar portfolios across multiple industries, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and enhanced customer outcomes.
He has also held leadership roles at Cognizant, where he helped build and scale the digital engineering and manufacturing businesses. Vikash is an avid sports fan who keenly follows anything classified as a sport!
Anand Raman is responsible for business growth at Impetus and driving engagements in offshore product services. Anand has played a key role in nurturing and drawing new clients to the organization. He has successfully managed client expectations and enhanced customer delight by creating an interface between the user organization and Impetus’ offshore engineering team. Additionally, he is providing presales support to the US sales team.
Anand brings to the table his acuity in mapping latent customer requirements to the technology expertise available at Impetus, to forge win-win relationships. He has contributed significantly towards the setting up of the off-shore business development team in the US and been mentoring new inductees in the US office.
Anand began his career in 1993 as a programmer, developing enterprise applications for large manufacturing organizations. He gravitated to the role of a business analyst prior to joining Impetus. A Bachelor of Mathematics, Anand holds an MBA degree in Marketing from the University of Indore, India.
In his spare time, Anand dabbles in adventure sports and squash and enjoys being with the family. He is also fond of classical music. He lives in Saratoga, CA with his wife and children.
Deepak Khosla serves as Chief Growth Officer & Head of AI Business at Impetus. He leads the expansion of AI-native data engineering capabilities, re-architecture of business services with AI at the core, the build-out of intelligent data products, and a partner-aligned go-to-market engine spanning all Impetus offerings.
Deepak is passionate about applying AI to drive measurable business impact at the most complex points of an enterprise’s operations and advancing a vision of an intelligent AI operating system where agents, data, and cloud work seamlessly together.
With 20+ years of leadership in data, cloud, and AI transformation spanning Deloitte, Infosys, and LTIMindtree, Deepak has driven large-scale enterprise impact. He is based in the Bay Area.
Jeff Veis leads the marketing team at Impetus. With a proven track record of success in GTM strategy and execution, digital demand generation, product marketing, partnering and industry solutions, he is passionate about building high performance teams that fuel rapid growth for competitive advantage.
Jeff has more than 20 years of experience in software and services marketing in diverse areas including data analytics, AI/ML, cloud services, and enterprise software development.
He has held prominent roles at esteemed organizations such as Micro Focus, Actian Corporation, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, SAP BusinessObjects, and Capgemini. Specializing in developing breakthrough strategic marketing campaigns for innovative technology solutions, he has consistently delivered tangible bottom-line results.
Educated at Northwestern University, Evanston, IL, Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the McCormick School of Engineering and an MBA in marketing from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Jeff is an avid long-distance runner. He and his family reside in the San Francisco Bay area.
Leadership Team
Barry is a Solutions and Strategy professional focused on cloud, machine learning, and data technologies. With over 15 years of enterprise software strategy experience, he manages Impetus’ field sales and business development organization.
Barry has been working in the Data and Analytics industry for more than ten years with organizations like MicroStrategy, Tibco Spotfire, and Platfora. He has extensive experience in application software sales across healthcare, life sciences, retail, CPG, financial services, and manufacturing verticals.
Barry has a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Rhode Island, US.
Kingshuk works as the Account Head for a Fortune 100 BFSI customer and has been at the forefront of developing a strong partnership with one of Impetus’ largest clients. His acute business sense and knack of problem solving has helped him guide the customer to innumerable pathbreaking partnerships with Impetus over the years.
His stint with Impetus has coincided with a spurt of meteoric growth for the organization, which has seen Impetus deliver some of the most strategic projects for the BFSI customer. He continues to design and structure our growth strategy.
Kingshuk holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy from The Ohio State University and brings more than 16 years of experience from across industries like banking, insurance, telecom, and retail.
In his spare time, Kingshuk loves to play tennis and watch sports. He lives in Phoenix with his wife and two dogs.
Prashant leads strategic and software development initiatives for various client engagements in the US. He has significantly contributed towards successful product development and operationalization for customers across multiple verticals like telecom, banking, finance, and enterprise mobility.
Prashant holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Jabalpur, India. He started his career as a product development engineer in the automobile industry before moving to IT industry.
Prashant enjoys reading, watching movies and spending time with family. He lives in Richmond, VA, with his wife and two children.
Sanjay Sharma is Vice President of Products at Impetus, where he helps enterprises modernize their technology foundations and prepare for the next wave of AI-led transformation.
Over his 27-year career, he has worked across cloud, big data, enterprise architecture, and generative AI, helping Fortune 500 companies move from complex legacy systems to modern, cloud-native and now AI ready platforms.
Today, Sanjay leads key product and IP initiatives around AI Context Engineering at Impetus, including LeapLogic Suite, Context Fabric, and Agentic AI solutions.
His focus is on a simple but critical challenge: AI is only as useful as the enterprise context it can safely and accurately access. By connecting legacy modernization, governed knowledge, and agent-ready context, Sanjay is helping shape how Impetus enables enterprises to build more reliable and business-aware AI systems. And ultimately help achieve real success with AI.
Sanjay has built strong R&D teams behind IP and open source such as LeapLogic, gathr.io, Kundera, and Ankush. He is also active in the broader technology community, an open-source contributor, and a regular speaker at industry forums.
He holds an MIT xPro certification in AI Product & Service Design and lives in Atlanta with his family.
Surendra is a seasoned technology leader with over 28 years of experience in the software industry, spanning product development, pre-sales, and large-scale modernization initiatives. He currently leads the LeapLogic Implementation team, helping organizations modernize legacy data warehouses, ETL processes, and analytical systems (including SAS) on the cloud. Over the course of his career, he has successfully driven more than 100 modernization engagements across diverse industries such as banking, finance, insurance, airlines, telecom, manufacturing, and retail.
He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from the National Institute of Technology, Bhopal.
Surendra enjoys watching cricket and spending quality time with his family. He lives in Indore, India, with his wife and two children.
Rajani leads the Data Engineering practice. She joined Impetus in 2011 and is responsible for one of the largest BFSI accounts. Over the last decade, she has been responsible for strategizing, planning, and delivering large-scale big data customer projects.
A certified SAFe Program Consultant and Agile coach, Rajani is adept in building and mentoring large data engineering teams. She has also played a pivotal role in building the Bengaluru development center.
Rajani has 20 years of extensive experience building modern data lakes, batch and real-time stream processing, and data analytics and predictive modeling.
Rajani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Computer Technology from Watumull Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India. She is a trained classical dancer and lives in Bengaluru, India, with her husband and two daughters.
Shilpi is responsible for managing multiple cross-functional, complex projects involving data platform modernization and cloud adoption. She leads a team of high-performing engineers to ensure end-to-end project management for several Fortune 100 customers.
Shilpi is an author and a technology evangelist skilled in designing and implementing enterprise-grade data solutions. With two decades of experience, she has worked across multiple domains like IoT, healthcare, telecom, travel and aviation, fintech, manufacturing, etc.
Shilpi holds a Master’s degree in Computer Application from Guru Nanak Dev University, India. She is a yoga enthusiast and a voracious reader. She lives in NOIDA, India, with her husband and son.
Matthew Phoenix is the Industry VP of Sales at Impetus Technologies, where he leads go-to-market and revenue-generation activities for the Banking and Financial Services sector. With 15 years of experience in technology, Matthew has held senior roles at TIBCO and Cloudera, building deep expertise in analytics, data, cloud, and AI.
He holds a BA in Communication from the University of Hartford and is based in the greater New York City area. Outside of work, Matthew is passionate about giving back to his community and coaching youth sports.
Mike is a sales and strategy leader focused on enterprise data, analytics, and AI transformation. With extensive experience in enterprise software and consulting, he leads Sales efforts for Impetus Technologies across North America.
Michael has worked in the Data and Analytics space for several years, partnering with Fortune 500 and Global 1000 organizations to modernize data platforms and drive business outcomes. He has experience across industries including healthcare, retail, CPG, manufacturing, and information services, with a focus on aligning technology investments to measurable business value.
He has a strong background in building go-to-market strategies, developing high-performing sales teams, and leading complex enterprise engagements focused on cloud, data engineering, and emerging AI capabilities.
Mike holds a degree from Saint John’s University, Minnesota.

Chris is both a seasoned entrepreneur and Fortune 250 senior leader, leading growth technology services and tech-enabled companies for over 30 years. Over his career, Chris has been recognized as a passionate force for the intersection of technology-innovation and business.
Chris joined SoftServe as a Board Advisor in 2012, became a Board Member in 2013, and served as CEO from 2016 to 2023. During his tenure as Chief Executive Officer, SoftServe grew into a leading software engineering and digital transformation company, regularly recognized as the Best Employer and Best Place to Work, while doubling in size approximately every two years.
Before joining SoftServe, Chris served both as President and Chief Technology Officer of 360incentives.com, a leading incentive management company based in Toronto, Canada.
Prior to that, he had been an active angel investor after serving as President of Group 1 Software, a leading enterprise class data quality company based in Lanham, MD (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pitney Bowes). While with Pitney Bowes, he participated in multiple acquisitions and integrations and was a member of the Chairman’s Council and the Strategic Leaders Council.
Earlier in his career, among other startups, Chris founded and built MailCode Inc. into a leading global provider of technology solutions for mail processing via optical character reading, which was later sold to Pitney Bowes. Chris holds multiple patents, including one for Differential Weighing, a method to increase the speed and efficiency of weighing mail pieces.
Chris holds a B.S. degree, with honors, in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University and has been honored as a Distinguished Purdue Alumnus.
Impetus in the US was co founded by Ritu Bapna. Ritu began her career with Jaipur Metals in 1990.
Ritu has contributed to building Impetus from its early days in many different ways. Ritu is deeply into meditation and spiritual growth.
Ritu earned her Master’s degree in Business Management from Ajmer University and a Bachelor’s degree from Osmania University.

Saakshi has 11 years of experience in investing / investment banking. Prior to joining Kedaara Capital, Saakshi served as an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, Principal Investing Arm (India office), where she focused on investments in financial services, IT services and energy sector.
Some of the investments she worked on include Max Financial, ReNew Power, Noveltech Feeds, and BPL Medical.
Previously, she was part of the investment team at Providence Equity Partners and GTI Capital. She started her career with investment banking at Nomura.
Saakshi has completed all levels of the CFA program (USA). She has done BA Economics from Delhi University, where she was a rank holder.
Impetus was founded by Praveen Kankariya. Under his leadership, the company has grown steadily and become a leader in technology services.
Praveen co-founded Servigistics that went on to become a world leader in service supply chain planning and was subsequently acquired by PTC (Nasdaq: PMTC).
Praveen also worked in the Corporate Research Labs at 3M Corporation, where he designed and developed a distributed version of the AI-based Sage field service scheduler for 24×7 business critical operations.
Praveen began his career with Scientific Computing Associates. He was one of the first employees of the company’s Linda parallel processing product group and implemented the Linda kernel on several parallel architectures.
Praveen earned his Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from S.G.S.I.T.S., India. Praveen serves on the boards of Lift Labs and US SQUASH.
Andrew Lang is Board Member and Technology Committee Chair at Deutsche Bank, a leading global financial services firm with operations worldwide.
Andrew is responsible for evaluating new and emerging technologies as well as setting and leading the global technology strategy and shared services, including enterprise architecture, cloud computing, AI/ML, blockchain, API, and more.
He is a member of the firm’s Global Technology Leadership Team and Global Technology Operating Committee (GTOC), and chair of the JPMorgan Chase Distinguished Engineer community.
In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of HiLabs, which offers machine learning solutions for the healthcare industry. Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Andrew was Executive Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer for Wolters Kluwer, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Anthem/WellPoint, and has held senior IT leadership positions for Cargill, Aetna, USBank, Visa and IBM.
Andrew has been recognized as a Premier 100 IT Leader by Computer World, and holds several technology patents. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Computer Science and pursued post graduate studies at Stanford University through IBM sponsorship.
