Final implementation submission

You’re almost at the finish line!

Submit your complete project package—including your presentation deck, codebase, and demo video—to help us evaluate your solution in its full form. This is your chance to make a lasting impression on the judges and showcase the depth, innovation, and impact of your GenAI solution

Presentation deck

Prepare a concise presentation that includes an architectural diagram. Clearly highlight the vision for your AI solution, emphasizing its impact, feasibility, and alignment with the chosen business problem. Keep the presentation under 10 slides. You may reuse the slides/deck previously submitted for AWS credit requests.

Code base/implementation solution

Submit a working prototype along with the complete code base. Include a comprehensive README file outlining your project’s goals, functionalities, technical implementation, and other essential details. Provide a URL to the operational app and detailed testing guidelines for the judges. Ensure the submission includes clear instructions on accessing and running your project end-to-end. If applicable, include a Jupyter notebook with step-by-step execution instructions.

Video pitch

Submit a 3-5 minute video demonstrating your project in action. Include the video link in the presentation deck (hosted on a shareable drive).
